Our work started with a survey of the existing house which had been difficult to sell, having been on the market for 18 months. We carried out a complete redecoration, new carpets & curtains, kitchen and bathroom upgrades as well as a de-cluttering service. Once our work was completed the price was raised. An offer for this new price was received within 4 weeks of putting the property back on the market.
After the success of our work on the first property, the client asked us to do the same for one of their other properties - with the same result.
The example shown indicates how by painting existing kitchen units and changing the handles, splash back tiles and cooker can make all the difference.

For the owners of this mews house in Maida Vale, London, we initially carried out a property report on the rentability of their property.
We subsequently carried out a complete redecoration as per our recommendation, fitting new carpets, redesigning 2 new bathrooms, installing a new central heating sytem and renovating the existing kitchen to bring it up to modern specification for the rental market.
We revisited this property recently to re-decorate and prep the property for the next rental.
