This was a major refit of the reception area, toilets, server room and office and in conjunction with this, the conversion of the 1st floor and loft into three self contained flats.
The latter included removing two internal stair cases within the surgery and fitting relevant steel work, retro fitting fire and sound proofing between ground and first floors and completely re-roofing the building.
This was achieved with the practice still running as normal. All work within the surgery itself was done out of hours over a three month period.

We have been involved in the ongoing refurbishment of this commercial unit.
Stage 1. Fitting new curtain wall access doors and vehicle tyre fitting bay.
Stage 2. Re fitting of existing offices with new floors, ceilings and converting to energy efficient LED lighting. Design and refitting of both reception and staff wash rooms and toilets.
Stage 3. New ceilings and lighting in workshops grinding concrete floors and resin coating them.
Stage 4. Changing all warehouse lighting.
All work was carried out during Company down time at evenings and weekends, to guarantee there was no disruption to the business' operations.
